This is known as "friendly fire." In war, often weapons misfire or simply hit the wrong targets, killing the side that deployed the weapon. Take niggers, for instance. They are weapons of mass destruction. When they are deployed, they can not target specific groups, rather, they destroy everything within reach. The epicenter is always the hardest hit and the destruction radius can be many miles. If a leftist happens to be in the blast radius, there's a very high potential they will either be killed or maimed. Drugs are another good example, as in this case. Drugs are an attractive weapon and lure their targets with a sense of empowerment. Leftists are drawn to this and often are their own victims.
