Is the method of execution setting him on fire and burning him alive? Slowly feeding him into a wood chipper? Staking him down on a fire ant colony in the sun?
Have some fun with him first. Feed him a high sugar diet and don't give him access to enough water. Have him develop gout and gall stones, maybe some diabetes. Only after is he in constant pain do you get into the daily application of 1,000 papercuts, followed immediately by dunking him into a pool of lemon juice. When he gets out of that, he gets dusted with salt. Then stake him down over the fire ant colony and sodomize him with a cactus. Insert a feeding tube so he doesn't die of starvation or dehydration while the ants do their work.
Retread one of those airport moving sidewalk things with sandpaper, harness him in place and have him try to keep up barefoot for a few days.
