The First Amendment does not apply to private companies like Twitter.
That is a false statement. I can't remember the case law, but if a company provides land/space for the public such as a privately owned park freely accessible to all, then constitutional protections of speech apply. It becomes a de facto public space. This ruling was on physical property but was later cited and applied to websites in one or more cases back in the 90's.
It's the FCC's job to enforce that, but the FCC has been run by corporate shills for years. Like that POS pajeet fucker trump put in, or the kike in charge of it now. They refuse to do their job and instead play politics.
Talking heads need to stop reinforcing this whole private companies are not subject to constitutional law BS.
