Adrenaline is amazing stuff. A medium size dog jumped a fence and attacked my little dog I had on a leash knocking the buckle off it. I grabbed the dog by the back and neck and threw it 20' back over the fence, it turned and flew back over to get me but I spun the leash and hit it square in the jaw dropping it half way over. The owners grabbed it and then proceeded to get terribly bit in the hands. Dumb fucks got themselves a crazed Rescue Dog they couldn't handle.
