one incident I recall: I got home one night with my girlfriend and we went straight upstairs to bed. As we started to fall asleep I heard what sounded like some one having a tantrum and stomping around banging on the walls in the room opposite mine across the hall at the top of the stairs. I got up thinking there was a fight between my flat mates and burst into the room only to find it empty and completely silent. I went down stairs to wake up some other roomies only to find everyone in the flat was sleeping in the lounge. When I said what I heard and what was going on, they told me that the ruckus in the room had been going on for hours. this was one of many starnge things to happen while living at 48 Devon street.
