pro weightlifters r closet kweens that admire each other's bodies

[–] 2 pts

yeah but weightlifting is still very good to fight depression: that was the message I wanted to communicate with this meme.

I agree that we should all be doing some kind of exercise daily. I mean 'pro' guys.

[–] 1 pt

All of them have body dysphoria, if one side is smaller than the other, they consider themselves hideous.

It reminds me that I'm too old and broken to weight lift or do mma anymore. Sniff

You can still swim and/or hike.

You would think, but no go.

I no longer have full rotation of my shoulder from my C7 injury, and L2 injury kinda messes with the legs.

Working on yoga

It seems you would benefit from Iyengar Yoga. Do you want a full guide (I can share one for free)?

Yin Yoga is the "cover yourself in melted butter, roll around, and take a sweet meditative nap" style of yoga. highly recommend for pain management and de-stress.

Low impact cardio for the legs and exercises for the upper body that work with the range of motion you do have?

Let's say there are 30 exercise machines and 5 different cardio machines at a local gym and you can only walk once around the block or to one end of the block and back. And your physical limitations mean you can use 6 of those machines and 1 of those cardio machines.

So, that's 6 exercises and 2 cardio options you can benefit from. Way better than 0.

Is that a realistic scenario for you?

Yes and there's no need to go to these extremes either. Just keep doing whatever you can comfortably do and step it up a little from time to time. Your diet and sleep are important too.

Isn't this just promoting steroid use?

Lift weights and work out but stay away from drugs frens.

[–] 1 pt

Yep. Completely agree with you. All those over the top muscle guys are doped. There's no way to achieve that kind of bodies without steroids. Other than that, I like the message of working out and looking after yourself to combat depression. No pepe should feel alone and sad. We are living the most eventful era for any human that even lived. A sad pepe is a pepe that didn't find his clique yet.

Bodybuilding is gay as fuck. Most bodybuilders are also narcissist pussies who don't know how to fight.

Fkn Zyzz, so sad.

I approve this message

Even you faggot blocked me (which means I can't even upvote you... Think it through...)

You notice you start lifting, and it changes you, you start expanding your knowledge, it's not just technique, it's nutrition, it's planning, it's establishing a routine, it's self discipline. You get all this from lifting weights, and then these attributes start bleeding into other aspects of your life.

Naked muscle men never inspired me.

Any women or are you gay?
