They're doing in Klamath too. Not allowing water withdrawal for agriculture (I honestly don't really care if it's for export crops) but still planning flushes for salmonids.

This tells me there is water manipulation and weather manipulation going on. Those jew traders will cheat and scam even their uncles and brothers.
