I appreciate the seamlessness of the loop.
I'll admit it took 3 sets for me to notice

That's a rough pole position.
Pop-up obstacle course!
....this is only funny because its not me.
Brutality.
The regularity to which they run into it, you could build a clock out of it.
And crazy how its always the ones with the blue shirts on!
So many of them
That GIF could be a symbol for this very website. He hit that Poal with his Poal, after all. That's Poal-on-Poal action!

This is the exact spot where a front kick from the lead leg hurts the most (front kick, as in mae geri, not as in a kick in the nuts). The risk taken/effctiveness ratio is awesome. https://pic8.co/sh/me8rEC.jpeg Right in the middle, "lumbar lymph node". Even by just pressing firmly on it with your fingers, it hurts. It's right on the pelvis/"pubic symphisis" bone, so it gets crushed between the pelvis and your foot, on impact. https://pic8.co/sh/KPTnt6.png
Some are famous to have turned that particular kick into the corner stone of their entire striking strategy, it's done with the ball of the foot, it can even be done with the toe if you're used to it; while it's riskier (for you foot, for obvious reason) the penetration is much more painful, stunning eventually. https://youtu.be/dLUhx1f8H6o?t=27
