What the fuck, where is this?! We're all familiar with the phrase "You throw like a girl". When we say that, this is precisely what we mean.
They take a posture basically squared up where they want to throw, bend their elbow, and then just fling from the elbow, often with a goofy little hop as their rear foot leaves the ground. This is normal girl-throwing.
Did these men even demonstrate the correct technique for grenade-lobbing before handing this retard a deadly explosive device?! To me, it seems like it went like this: "Alright Private Tits, time to learn grenade throwing. Here's a grenade, you pull the pin out and throw it, simple. Here, take it and give it a go." And this is what happened, almost 3 deaths/maimings. That woman should be immediately discharged, but it's likely that the men would also be investigated- WOMEN DON'T BELONG ON THE BATTLEFIELD, BECAUSE IT DISTRACTS THE MEN AS THEY HAVE TO BABYSIT THE FEMALES.
We have a lot of data on this by now. If a woman is attached to a combat team, the men instinctively feel protective towards her. Not protective as in "This is my team, these are my brothers-in-arms, I'll do anything for them"- this is what you want. But throw a female in there, and it's more like "OMG a sniper just took a shot at us- WHERE IS PRIVATE TITS!? Private Tits, are you okay!? Get her to cover!" And then while the men scramble to make sure Pvt. Tits doesn't get her head blown off, acting on male protective instinct, they will expose themselves to risks that could get EVERYONE killed.
It's a shitty thing about war, but sometimes you gotta leave an inured man behind. Guy gets shot, your team is getting ambushed, you need to move back or you will all be ventilated in minutes, sitting ducks. A man tries to get to the injured guy, but as soon as he runs out of cover he is shot several times and goes down. It really fucking sucks, and of course the men will be eager to come back and hopefully save these guys, but they must retreat to a better position to stand a chance. They'll leave those men out there, screaming in agony as they die.
But if that was a female? Half of the team would probably end up dead trying to rescue her. We've seen this play out in the ongoing American criminal war- female officers are a distraction, often deadly distractions for their male counterparts. Maybe there's a reason for this fucking tradition, maybe our ancestors figured this out over the course of 200,000 years- They don't belong in combat. For the entirety of human history, no successful culture sent women to fight. NOT ONE. Any time women are sent to fight, it's because that faction is desperate and short on men. Even with the great equalizers of modern firearms, females just can't perform as warriors anywhere nearly as well as males. The best female soldier is probably equivalent to an average male soldier.

What? I'll speak about whatever I'd like. Strike a nerve with you? Or you're trying to tell me that the military really practices "No man left behind, ever" that they preach? Because that is bullshit. Men get killed and their bodies can't be reached sometimes without getting other men killed.
Point is that men will put themselves in extra danger when there are women involved in a combat situation, and they're usually a distraction and hindrance rather than valuable members of the team.

Take a guess on when the last time an Americans body wasn't recovered. You just don't have a fucking clue the amount of effort that happens to not leave another man behind.
