'Choke' defines restriction or blocking - Yes, the most obvious use is physically retarding the ability to breathe, however you fcking moron there are also other legitimate uses of the word. Guess no such thing as a 'shotgun choke' or a 'mechanical choke for a combustion engine ??. Idiot. Blood choke - describes exactly that 'restricting or blocking of the blood'.
