My mom had no tattoo's and didn't hang out with skaters. My opinion was formed by hanging out with skaters and woman who followed them around. The women would all do things to fit in. Listen to the right bands, go to the right bars and clubs. Always looking to get another tattoo after a night of drinking and fucking. Whores for sure. And they are democrats mostly. You won't find many non-democrat skaters. They believe in multi-culture BS and the women will fuck the blacks and mexicans who hang out with the skaters.
