Your preferred cure would be quick but impractical because they are citizens and have constitutional rights. We're stuck with them. They will have to shape up or face the rule of law.
Laws can be changed. I refuse to live amongst violent apes. I refuse to hear about little girls being raped, and people being murdered.
I also refuse to live in a low-trust society where police have to be brutal just to keep the nigger crime problem in check.
The least I would accept is full freedom of association/segregation across housing, education, hiring, allowing law enforcement to racially profile, and real deterrence for niggers that commit crime.
