I have a wildly radical idea: instead of picking a director based on gender or mental illness, they could try something like merit. I know this idea sounds very extreme and controversial but it could work. Disney would have to go through a radical shift in culture. Perhaps they could spin off a separate division run by competent men or something like that. Just a thought.
