Nope not the lawyer saying that at all - why you add his name in that sentence, it was Egypt's former Antiquities Minister Zahi Hawass that stressed that the series is misrepresenting facts of ancient Egyptian history and made that statement and hawass is a verifiable lying pos. The only mention the lawyer makes in this article is about 'Egyptian ' culture. Thats why i ask - it has to quote non involved third party's rather than the one bringing the lawsuit - shady.
