If memory serves they done this to the Batgirl movie that got cancelled. They cast a swarthy Mexican woman with raven hair, has a teenage Barbara Gordon. Babs' is supposed to be a teen porcelain skinned red head in the comics. But the movie cast her as Mexican pornotrash.
