Because "they/them" translates to unproductive, troublemaking, unreliable, litigious, argumentative, etc...
Don't hire people with any pronouns on their resume.

I’d say if you accept their resume you wouldn’t know whether you’re hiring a man or woman. But it’s mostly women doing the stupid pronoun thing.
It's why we went with "We/Ours" in the mandated company directory update. The human gastrointestinal tract is a wonderful microcosm and we identify by plurality rather than sexuality.
