Exactly. I knew they were going to start mass firing because we are on the precipice of a major, years long down turn, the limitless government money grift is slowing down as they jack up interest rates. They're trying to get ahead of all of this by mass firing useless D&I (diversity/inclusion) hires which only produce maybe 20% of all the work. And you're right, I'm still seeing contracts and companies hiring as long as you're a producer.
