Really, all im hearing now is that these woke companies are having to fire the useless idiots and diversity hires. I still have a lot of calls for contracts and companies looking to hire. The days of hiring Tyronne for doing jack crap however ... are gone, hence the push to remove AA. I fully expect the jews will start pushing some type of Aryan extremism to get back to those nice productivity numbers they want from the goy
Exactly. I knew they were going to start mass firing because we are on the precipice of a major, years long down turn, the limitless government money grift is slowing down as they jack up interest rates.
They're trying to get ahead of all of this by mass firing useless D&I (diversity/inclusion) hires which only produce maybe 20% of all the work. And you're right, I'm still seeing contracts and companies hiring as long as you're a producer.
