I call bullshit. Policies don’t get written and approved without lots of oversight and buy-in. Nor do mass emails get sent to customers without the same. Especially at a company as big as PayPal.

PayPal have always been assholes. Taking money from people's accounts. Holding back money that had nothing to do with any current disputes.
Frankly what they do regarding dispute resolution etc should have been made illegal by states a long time ago.
Maybe this over reach will finally trigger some state legislation.

But said nothing about what is generally referred to as "hate speech" etc. This is worse and the response they wanted to do just this. People are now not worried about the more pressing issue of "muh hate speech" rule.
