We should lay off a lot of our Marine resources for awhile and let them replenish. We have severely fucked not just the size of the populations but the quality. We have gone way above harvestable surplus for a long time and had shitty practices which have decreased the size and robustness of the animals. I’m not some hippy dippy libtard but it’s a fact we have done a lot of harm to our fisheries and keep pushing the limits.
