Its always good to see, but most of the people that make the policies will be unaffected by Target closing in a minority neighborhood. What needs to happen is to bus the less fortunate into the neighborhoods where the politicians live. Then we will see how the pols truly feel. Believe, the laws will change quickly if this happens.
