This way of taking a stand and fighting the "woke" requires loads of patience and herculean efforts (IMHO). Another way of fighting and winning is to explicitly define modes, means and goals in your Human Resources Manual (getting each employee to sign a verification paper that they have read and understood the manual) and then to immediately fire anyone that does not conform to the manual, citing the various passages where the defined transgression(s) occurred.
