My understanding is it is sort of like huffing but they are big in the gay community because it makes your asshole loose so predatory fags push them on ass-virgins to make penetration easier. They are also used in the porn industry a lot because it has the same effect on the vag. I have heard tell that these are available all over the place but I have not ever actually seen one in real life. If I actually do ever see one it will be a sure sign that I am in the wrong place and I should leave.
