Tomatoes will go into various dishes, salads, sauces. Probably going to make some jars of ready made sauce as preserves and also dry some of them for snacks.

Cucumbers raw and for salads, Zucchinis mostly for one-pot/stew type things.

Peppers will go into my wife's trademark sauces :)

The wife is doing all the planning and cerebral work. I'm just a grunt. Still nice to see how it all turns out.
