On my father's property we had to drop a dead beech tree and now there's this open space. We don't want to put lawn there and there's a lot of rocks in one of the sections. We've got a v section of about 10x10 and I'd love to put some wild flowers there. Yes I know I can hand sew them but do they make a rollout sheet with embedded flowers in them that I could just water? This would obviously be for springtime.

Yeah I was supposed to get rid of the Chipmunks and some of the squirrels when I was home. I failed on all those accounts I just got tied up with other stuff and let the chipmunks run wild. The deer was a big problem on the property. They ate everything I would chase them off wherever I could. Throw rocks at them and stuff.

Got woods behind the house, so I'll never be rid of squirrels and chipmunks.

Deer occasionally pass through the neighborhood, ate a lot of my neighbor's stuff. Guess I didn't have anything they liked!

I was supposed to use those smoker flares and stick them in the Chipmunk holes. I just never got around to it. My father when he remembers likes to take pot shots at the squirrels with his 22. He has these bullets that fragment when they're fired. Great for hitting squirrels. But to your point you kill a group another group moves in. And the owls and hawks are useless.

I don't think there's enough flares for all the holes around my house, and like you said, it's like playing whack-a-mole.

Yard is fenced and dog loves chasing squirrels up the one tree we have. Squirrel hangs upside down, shakes his tail and barks. Dog tries to climb trunk and barks. This goes on for hours at a time. I think they both like teasing each other!😄
