Then the garlic spray will work better imo than a beer trap.

I am going to try the garlic because I got some new plants yesterday and i'm not having these slimy little fuckers destroy them too. Thanks

If you do this you're going to have do it consistently at least once a week (maybe a few times this week to start) unless you want to grow garlic in your garden or else they will come back. This is where the idea that vampries hate garlic came from, parasite bastard slugs and snails can't stand the stuff.
