That was my thought at first too, but it's been over a month without any visits and the article pointed out several things wrong with the new bath. It's stoneware so the edges are too smooth and it's too big, leaving no room around it on the pedestal to perch.
I put a few large stones in it and tucked some short stakes under it as well. We'll see, otherwise I'm going back to the little plastic saucer they loved.
