Keep in mind that coffee is acidic so make sure not to use it on plants that dont like acidic soils. You can also use coffee grounds in your compost since most of the acid went into your morning coffee.

Plant mites love it too so be prepared to treat them

Good to know. Insects are a good sign of life but do need to be controlled. My compost bin unfortunately spawned a thousand or so ticks this year. Trying to turn it daily and let it dry out a bit.
