The rest I know, but not sure what the heck those are. They got washed to one side it looks like. The others are Red and Black lettuce on the left, two types of sunflower and some celery on the right.

This is not impossible, because I do have beet seeds in a variety seed pack, but I wouldn't be putting those in pots. The Swiss Chard guess may be correct.

Not yet. nothing to them at this point. They are just getting second leaves right now.

But that's what makes a beet sprout unique they have that robust flavor right from the get go where as chard and lettuce will just taste like a bland watery plant.
