The rest I know, but not sure what the heck those are. They got washed to one side it looks like. The others are Red and Black lettuce on the left, two types of sunflower and some celery on the right.

Ahhh. I think you may be right. I got out the seed pack and have them out trying to figure it out, and that rings a bell. Planted a whole bunch a few weeks back and lost track of a couple of containers.

Could be red radish

Good guess, but I am pretty sure I didn't do any radishes in pots.

looks similar to micro bull's blood

which are... beets?

Just replied to the other Beets guess. I don't think they are Beets, although it isn't impossible. I do recall having a few barley pops during at least one of the planting sessions a few weeks back, so you never know.

They look like beets to me. Taste one, beet sprouts have a very odd flavor, almost malty.

This is not impossible, because I do have beet seeds in a variety seed pack, but I wouldn't be putting those in pots. The Swiss Chard guess may be correct.

Have a taste.

Not yet. nothing to them at this point. They are just getting second leaves right now.

OK, resolved. The Swiss Chard guess is correct. I looked around and found sprout pics. This one:

Interesting because that is about the size I have to grow in. I like the trays, I have been thinking about doing something similar but out of cedar fence picket for my enclosure.
