I have the Logitech G502 Proteus, I've been really happy with it and I only paid like 30 bucks for the thing on clearance at Target. Before that I had the CORSAIR M65, and that was a solid mouse too, but I prefer the Logitech.

I had a Deathadder mouse and that was okay but it broke after like 6 months, not a good product imo.

What mouse do you use for gaming?

CST L-Trac 2545.

So good, I purchased ten - getting a bulk discount - and keep the rest in a box. These should last me until I die, or at least until I can stop using computers forever.

And yes, I know >trackballs but if 99% of what one plays is RTS and you've mastered the basics of the basics of manual coordination then it works perfectly well, with the notable upsides of not aggravating the RSI and also being able to buy decent hardware without it being obnoxiously gamer-branded gaming-gear shaped like megatron's ballsack and encrusted with enough LEDs to light up a small mining town.

Besides, on those rare occasions when I do get press-ganged into a game or two of Unreal Tournament 2004 then I can always pull out the old Intellimouse 1.0. Works great, has an actual ball for a sensor, and I'm reasonably sure it's powered by the souls of the damned and can only be destroyed by hurling it into the fires of Mt. Doom.

Do you like it?

I've managed to go half a century without liking something, and I'm sure as hell not about to start now!
