The main character is an obese female jumping beaner or pavement ape, with a soy boy cuck cheerleader accomplice. One of the first trailers is them having sex. It was dead on arrival, even if you want pure mindless fun. Rockstar also fired EVERYONE who made the prior GTA's even remotely fun. The at least sometimes humorous or oddly pointed dialogue was replaced with DEI, safespace, inclusive bullshit that "Doesn't punch down."
GTA is dead, and this game is just wearing the face of a corpse. Just like nu-Saint's Row being about "Plucky college kids with crushing student debt" that was just a bunch of marvel movie mary sue characters who - despite being mass murdering gang-banging psychopaths - "all have hearts of gold and help orphans". Not a joke, that's literally what one mission ends up being and a whole character "arc" is around that. Helping orphans get toys, because one of the gang-bangers was an orphan and never got a toy he wanted.
Hopefully, this kills Rockstar just like nu-Saint's Row killed... whatever studio that was. I doubt it, but here's hoping.
It's just like what they've done to Fable. Ugly ass troon "female" main character (You initially weren't gonna get a choice, if you see how they've handled their character creation in the last reveal. The hero walks like a fucking faggot), no morality system (the entire point of Fable in the first place), niggers shoved in your face from the get go, "Ultra Realism" art style (Fable was meant to look like, well, a fable), "Landlords are inherently evil" messaging and blah blah blah. Literally said "Well, objective morality doesn't exist, so we did away with that whole system of Good and Evil." Even the fucking combat looks like Dragon's Dogma or Dragon Age, with damage sponge enemies that make your weapons and attacks feel like squeaky toys hitting them for how little weight is behind the attacks.
It's damn near impossible for any studio to make a game worth a damn anymore.
