I've seen that after this guy called in to Nintendo, showed screen shots of the Facebook marketplace ad that he bought these games used, Nintendo unbricked his system. What I haven't seen anywhere is; did they allow him to update/keep the games and play them on his new console?

Yeah, I know they "allowed it" after the fact but I should never have to prove I bought some old game used to play on a system. Fuck them.

Shit like this is what motivates the "hacker" types. I bet this system is popped to run homebrew in the next month if not sooner.

Give it a year and it will be a hardware hack that can't be detected or stopped. It might not be easy since you will probably have to mod it but it will be a major Fuck-You to these cunts.
