According to Reddit user dmanthey, they purchased four used titles off the Facebook marketplace, inserted them into the Switch 2, and had them all updated. Shit like this is what motivates the "hacker" types. I bet this system is popped to run homebrew in the next month if not sooner.

Give it a year and it will be a hardware hack that can't be detected or stopped. It might not be easy since you will probably have to mod it but it will be a major Fuck-You to these cunts.

I would like it even more if an very good working emulator was made so those twats don't even get the initial hardware sale.
