Who cares if it only runs at 10fps. Would you just look at those shadows...
FPGAs sound cool, but they are still kind of pricey (ultimatemister.com). And currently only emulate up to PS1 (pic8.co). The accuracy nonsense he's talking about is beyond negligible...
My Pi4 runs more systems up to PS1 just fine. Hopefully though FPGAs become a little more mainstream and the prices will drop.
