You could be a Steam user and face losing all of the games you paid for because you need their DRM to run it even though the game itself hasn't been updated in years.

The last title I bought from big video game was MS flight simulator, and I honestly couldn't tell you what I bought before that. New titles just haven't caught my attention over the last decade. I recall following cyberpunk 2077 before it's release, but it turned out to be dog shit. I might still by it if I catch it on sale for $15 or so.
CP2077 is DRM free so just sail the high seas. so they don't deserve a single shekel from you or anyone.
