Unfortunately it's patched in newer hardware revisions. In time they'll gain full control like the 3DS, but for now [here](https://nh-server.github.io/switch-guide/user_guide/getting_started/) is a link that contains a list of serial partial serial numbers that are vulnerable. If you get one of those, its pretty much paint by number after that.
