I haven't played slopfield, but I heard there's an in-game feature to edit your character at any point you want, maybe try that? Also, you can try good old showracemenu/showlooksmenu console commands.

I figured it out. I already have a mod to make almost all npc White or Asian. Right now I'm working on making the main story non-White NPCs White.
