Must be too old for you. Grand Theft Auto had a hidden/imbedded mini game that was graphical and showed a blowjob/sex scene but it was not accessible without moding the game and that was back when that required mostly hardware based mods that you had to soldier onto the console to "jailbreak" it. It was commonly referred to as the "Hot coffee" mod since the "girl" asked you up for a coffee and it was a sex minigame. Clinton and several others tried to use it to censor the fuck out of video games and get them banned or force them to decrease the sex/nudity in them...even though it was not possible to access without a massive amount of effort.
