I find it funny that, of all the streaming platforms, they're the one that has fought hardest against ad blockers. Even with the best blockers now, your still forced to watch a 30 to 60 "Taking a commercial break" flash screen. I guess they forgot that even if you block ads, a lot of people still buy subs, or give bits to streamers they like, both of which Twitch gets a cut of. Oh well, that platform has devolved into nothing but year long "Pride" shit and women who are one sneeze away from a major wardrobe malfunction. Not worth it to even go see who's streaming anymore.

The ad blockers did put up a solid fight but recently Twitch seems to have won that arms race, so I finally gave in and got Turbo. I'll keep supporting individual streamers by direct donos instead of subs. Glad to have gotten rid of pre-rolls especially. I mean if TV watchers had to sit through an ad every time they surf to another channel they'd throw out their TVs.
