the game does that for you now. the create a sim mode forces you to choose pronouns as part of the creation process, and male and female sex has been replaced with "body type" or some shit. when asked if the new "features" could be removed or made optional, EA responded that it was a "reality of the real world, and you need to get over it." made me never want to touch the game again
