The emotional trauma he endured made him want to immediately run out into the middle of a road and kill himself right then and there.

Anyone who gets off on power-tripping like this are literal cancer, and such actions should be considered nothing less than a declaration of war. Victims of such abuse should do nothing less than go scorched earth against such individuals/groups.

He can destroy the judge in legal process. Even in small claims. If "tone" is not explicitly stated in the rules, it's fraud and theft. He might even have a case for arrest for the sicko.
