Head Judge was a nonbinary who used they/them pronouns. Boy who got disqualified was literally driven to tears because he had spent over $800 to enter the tournament. He also shares how prior to the incident, he was suffering from depression for a while, and had contemplated suicide a few times. The emotional trauma he endured made him want to immediately run out into the middle of a road and kill himself right then and there.

Anyone who gets off on power-tripping like this are literal cancer, and such actions should be considered nothing less than a declaration of war. Victims of such abuse should do nothing less than go scorched earth against such individuals/groups.

Summary: A boy with social anxiety works his way into going to a competition for the first time with his own money and gets taken out by an adult power-tripping 'they/them' judge who misinterpreted the intent of nervous 'he/him' boy, then sets another power-tripping judge against him to throw him out of the competition, not allowing the boy to explain or to apologize for 'they/them' misinterpreting boy's intent. In the name of DIE, guidelines became inflexible 'rules' of the judge with no appeal, no informal remedy to address butt hurt 'they/them'. DIE didn't care to make the socially anxious young boy feel safe, comfortable, or included. The boy didn't even have a ride to his hotel or a room key yet.
