Agreed 100%
It takes time and dedication, and lots of stress with troubleshooting etc lol But in the end I know it will be worth it.
During development, secrecy will be key to success, especially when attempting to solve errors or issues by calling on the largely liberal company controlled community forums or devs. But, I would like to also see a Nationalist gaming community working together in the near future. This is not currently a AFP initiative, but personal, though we can be certain that support will come down officially from the party when official and many Nationalist organisations as the word spreads.
It's stressful but the triggering is so worth it!
However, it is far more than just that.
Indeed.
Difficult as a solo venture, but with a team, it could be done quickly, and then many more.
From terrain and building height maps (my favourite methods are procedural, and I can produce viable large beautiful maps including vegetation, debris etc. in literally minutes, which admittedly took me years to learn and refine), to various scripting such as flash for menus etc.
Of course, a team can be built with many newbies working and learning together. More experienced devs can assist with troubleshooting as a project progresses.
