For those who don't know - Capsule Corp is basically the largest corpo entity in the world of Dragon Ball (at least on Earth). They produce Capsules - technological wonders that are basically just that - capsules - upon activating which (by press of a button, click!) will eject whatever was inside of it. A gun, a car, a house, a boat, a plane, a space vessel even! Hell, it can even fit humans in there. And then you can easily put it all back into the capsule again and keep it in your pocket. It's really convenient and handy, but at the same time it can be very easily abused. Not to mention it makes people way too lazy and complacent.

I assume there's a failsafe mechanic for that. From what I've seen in anime they never did that. It's like putting one Bag of Holding into another Bag of Holding.

Perhaps doing so collapses the universe onto itself. That is why out of infinite possibilities only one universe exists. The rest were destroyed at some point in thier timeline, eliminating the totality of that timeline. All that is left is the one in which no one ever thinks of doing that.

Im currently running a game where one of our guys has a bag of holding shoved up is ass. He tried to say an Alchemist jug that got blown up was in there, but I told him it wasnt, when he put that bag in his ass, he signed up for a whole extra layer of required roll playing.
