It's a M Rated game. No girl or even a human with make up is used, it's all digital pixels. If you don't want to play the game then don't, I don't think they should've been forced to censor that.

Just curious how far the "It's just pixels" argument should go. How much farther than what is depicted here is okay? I think swapping the character to a five year old girl wouldn't increase the game's rating if they are just cutting her face off, but the masturbation would due to child pornography laws.
