For 89.99 you get the program that allows you to play the game online, for a monthly fee of course?! When shut downs were in the talks I jumped on a cheap sim racing rig. If this is your thing, definitely look into "Project Cars 2". Independent maker so it works on 1 and the unsuperior 4. Having a steering wheel is a must for this game or get "PC3". Newer and design for a controller.
