I remember back in the 90's when the web was new and I used Netscape Navigator a paid for web browser so you could download just like shareware roms off of Jumbo.com "elephant logo on website" and twocows.com also, and a bunch of stuff that would not be pirated also but it wasn't until the P2P programs came out that music and games and anything digital was even considered wrong to download but then it was but this is insane all them games and he just basically handed them a case knowing how they love to sue like for music years ago or when they root-kitted their CD's so people using computers to listen to legal CD's got a root kit installed, big scandal there and no one went to jail for hacking likely 100's of thousands of PC's. The system working as designed we all know.

It's all about how many $$$ you have. That DMCA was bought and paid for. Really thought P2P would be the end of the record label, but people are still sheep and need someone to tell them what to listen to, so
