Cheaters tend to get most of their joy from ruining yours. They want people to feel as defeated and pathetic in the game as they are in real life. A sandbox for cheaters won't satisfy their neurotic needs.

yea I don't believe that either. . . the graffiti "artists" are lazy opportunists and going to such honeypot events and having your picture taken by the undercover cops etc. would be obvious even to them.

there are a couple of online shooters that already do exactly that.

you dont get banned for cheating

you just only get matched up with other cheaters and get banned from tournaments.

which is either a blessing or a curse depending on how good you are with your cheats.

Titanfall 1 and 2 had cheater pools. If you got caught, they'd put you in. Ironically, one butthurt hacker eventually succeeded in killing the games after EA took full control of Respawn Entertainment and forced the company to stop maintaining them in lieu of some stupid cash cow title called Apex Legends.

People have gone as far as to reverse engineer the game to find a solution, given it to the devs, and the devs still won't fix it. Both games have been unplayable for over a year and still are. Yet EA has no problem continuing to sell these games that can't be played.

The whole story behind it is as interesting as it is infuriating.
