Base game Lightning Reflexes (xcom.fandom.com) only avoids one Overwatch, check the notes section on that link. I'm pretty sure that's the Long War mod, which makes it so Lightning Reflexes can clear all shots in a single move round, gives it to Thin Men, and also pumps enemy health like crazy. Thin Men only have 4 health in the base game, that thing has 12 health.
Of course I would make an XCOM comment on poal and get schooled; after I play 1500 hours.
It is probably Long War, yeah.
Don't worry about it too much, I have just as much time in the base game, and a few hundred hours more in Long War
Hah ok. I've almost-finished 2 long war campaigns in that amount of time. I've never had the perseverance to actually beat long war. I have an EW campaign going on my phone for when I am away from computer.
